Instructions for use: In order to achieve the intended effect, the recommended dose for adults: 1 capsule/ day just before or during a meal. Due to the rich composition of the product, among others selenium yeast in the form of selenium yeast, in sensitive persons can be observed a characteristic aftertaste and transient discomfort from the digestive system.
