Directions for use: To obtain the intended effect, use 1 tablet (400µg of folic acid) daily for women planning pregnancy and pregnant women until the end of the first trimester. In individual cases, a different daily intake of folic acid may be recommended by your doctor. A dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. To maintain proper health, you should eat a varied diet and lead a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use in case of intolerance to any of the ingredients of the preparation.
